Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries made by Pexpartnershop (hereinafter referred to as PEX) to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who carries out a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be predominantly attributed to either his or her commercial activity or his or her professional activity as a self-employed person.
Contracting party
The purchase contract is concluded with PEX., owner; Mrs. Sukanya Sriviset, Soi Takiab 6, Nong Kaeh, TH-77110 Hua Hin. Place of jurisdiction is Prachhuap Khiri Khan
Contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to place an order.
By clicking on the [Buy/Order for a Fee] button, you place a binding order for the products listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is formed when we accept your order by means of an order confirmation email immediately upon receipt of your order.
If you are a consumer (i.e. a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your self-employed business or professional activity), you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.
If you, as a consumer, make use of your right of withdrawal in accordance with section 4.1, you will have to bear the regular costs of the return.
In all other respects, the provisions apply to the right of withdrawal, which are reproduced in detail below

Prices and shipping costs
The prices listed on the product pages include VAT and other price components.
In addition to the prices listed, we charge a flat fee of 350THB per order for delivery within Thailand. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
Delivery is only within Thailand
The delivery time is up to 3 days. We will indicate any differences in delivery times on the relevant product page.
Payment
Payment is made in advance
If you select the prepayment method, we will provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods to you after receiving the payment.
Reservation of title
Until full payment has been made, the goods remain our property.

Dispute Resolution
The Online Shops Commission has created an internet platform for online dispute resolution. The platform serves as a point of contact for the out-of-court resolution of disputes relating to contractual obligations arising from online sales contracts.
